EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and in-house Corporate Counsel of the AngioDynamics executive team. Tasks will include responding to telephone inquiries, arranging meetings, acting as liaison with corporate travel administrator, maintaining information and other general support items. This role will interface with all levels of organization internally as well as external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• At least 5 years of experience in a related position
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to demonstrate strong and effective communication skills
• Proven knowledge of MS Office Programs, including Power Point
IT ANALYST
This position will analyze business processes and provide solutions for various projects within
the company. Project deliverables will generally consist of the development of custom software
applications, utilization of pre-existing programs, and/or evaluation and implementation of third
party options. The IT Analyst will also develop and maintain reports and assist in the management
of projects.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• 2 year degree in Computer Science or similar study or a combination of education and equivalent job experience
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Minimum 2 years programming experience
• 2 years project management experience
• Internet programming experience in ASP, ASP.Net, and JavaScript
• Any SAP administration or programming experience (particularly with Basis or ABAP) is desirable
• Good written and verbal communication skills required
• Self-starter able to work well within a group environment
HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE
The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead AngioDynamics on-boarding programs, towards the achievement of short term and long term objectives. This person will lead the development of on-boarding strategy and protocols necessary to drive the successful execution of aggressive recruiting and hiring plans for AngioDynamics.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
• 5-7 years experience in Human Resources
• Orientation/on-boarding experience required
• Ability to demonstrate project management skills
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within the team environment
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment
CORPORATE TRAINING MANAGER
This position will be responsible for responding to the on-going training needs & requirements of
all staffing levels, working with departmental managers to establish, coordinate and implement training
needs. Duties include identifying areas of deficiencies, conducting and coordinating training programs,
using internal and external resources, and providing leadership in this role.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication or Business Management or related field
• At least 5 Years experience in a workforce environment responsible for a comprehensive employee training and development program, including technical and non-technical components
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel and Power Point
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solver and enthusiastic team player having a flexible and creative approach

PRODUCT MANAGER
The primary responsibilities of this position will be to develop markets by
identifying potential products, working out specifications and timetables with
Product Development, initiating test markets, and developing marketing and pricing
strategies.
This will include determining customers’ needs and desires and product pricing by
specifying the research needed to obtain market information; recommending the nature
and scope of present product lines by appraising new product ideas and/or product or
packaging change; and assessing market competition by comparing the company’s product to
competitor’s products.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• 3-4 years marketing/sales experience in medical related fields
• Particular experience with Focal Cancer Therapy, Surgical Devices or Venous Disease preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/or related field
• MBA Preferred
REGULATORY AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE
Performs basic regulatory functions required for FDA and international product registrations,
new product development, complaint system management, and internal documentation review.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• Bachelors degree in engineering or scientific field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in new product development and the preparation of regulatory submissions for medical devices
• Knowledge of 21 CFR/GMP/ISO 9000 series regulations and guidance’s
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
DRAFTER
This position will provide department-wide drafting support for all active feasibility and design projects.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD programs
• Proficient in the use of software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, and flowchart development
• Possess the organizational skills to maintain drawing libraries and supporting documentation
• One year tooling, equipment design and/or machine shop experience
• Possess an AutoCAD program certificate or equivalent experience
PATENT AGENT / PATENT ATTORNEY
This position will be responsible for supporting the growth of AngioDynamics patents and
other intellectual property assets, setting up and overseeing critical IP related
infrastructure, and
helping to execute AngioDynamics intellectual property strategy.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• US Patent Agent Certification preferred
• Experience in drafting and submitting patent applications to US
• Experience in handling patent prosecution
• Experience in conducting patent searches and analyzing results
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical staff to translate engineering designs into patent applications
• Experience in providing product clearances
• Trademark and trade secret experience preferred
PROCESS ENGINEER - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
The primary responsibilities of this position are to perform various engineering duties including the design of alloy / special metal components, process tooling and strength of material with our Product Development Team. Perform investigations and analysis on alloy / special metal components. The position entails working with Product Development Engineers to create processes for new products and help in the transfer to manufacturing.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing engineering role
• 2+ years of Guidewire manufacturing experience
• 1+ years of Plastic Extrusion experience a plus
• CGMP and medical device industry experience required
• Ability to write and communicate effectively
PROJECT MANAGER - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
This position will be responsible for managing the development of new projects through the Design Control system to commercialization with our Product Development team. This will include developing, maintaining and monitoring project budgets, directing the use of resources to effectively complete projects, recruit and supervise product development technical staff, interface with marketing, regulatory and quality assurance, and continually improve upon the time-to-market cycles for new product designs.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• 4 Year Engineering Degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering
• At Least 3 years prior experience as a Project Engineer
• At Least 10 years prior experience in the development of medical devices
• Proven experience as a successful team leader
